Our Methodology
Phase 1. General Audit
When we start working with you, we will first help you find the key problems and issues that need to be addressed, and make sure these changes are aligned with your company goals. We will also analyze your company's performance in previous years to determine the best course of action.
Phase 2. Analysis of your Billing Situation
Once the General Audit is completed, we will focus on finding and addressing any potential billing issues. We can rework your coding & documentation systems, and check your current billing procedures to find what the priorities are and what can be improved the quickest. Finally, we will review your current compliance. Once that work is completed, we will make recommendations based on our findings.
Phase 3. Organize & Automate
After a full audit of your company is completed, we will design and implement automation procedures customized to address every one of your needs. These include organizing data to develop reports, dashboards, project sheets, and client portals. We will also automate repetitive tasks that take up your valuable time, but you cannot afford to stop performing. In addition, we will set up alerts to ensure work is getting done on time, and by the right person.
Phase 4. Train & Transition
Our objective is not to become a permanent part of your organization. Instead, we want to empower you and your employees. Therefore, after the first 3 phases are complete, we will train your staff so we can begin transitioning out of your organization.
